  Very knowledgeable and honest man. Showed up on time (always a plus in my books).
  Made me feel very comfortable with work being performed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pest control in the Lexington or surrounding areas.

  I am very happy that me and my husband called Mr. Rick for services. When we called him we had a lot of questions because we had never been through a situation like this. The first call we made with all the questions was about a good 35 minutes where we had question after question and sometimes asked the same question twice and Rick answered all the questions without cutting us off, he explained everything that would happen and what to expect. Out of this whole time he was very professional, pleasant, and did not get aggervated as others would have. Once he explained everything to us for a treatment plan and the price we were so surprised because it was a very good price and he was able to come the following day.
  He told us he would be there at 8:30AM and surely enough he was there right at 8:30. When he came I had some more questions for him and took another 40 minutes out of his time and he explained everything to me did a walk-through and just made me and my family feel really comfortable and not having the nervousness that we had before he got there. He honestly made us feel a lot better and not to worry that everything would be taken care of. Well needless to say that Mr. Rick was 100% correct the job he did was 100% satisfactory his word is true his professionalism is all from Mr. Rick as a person is great I love his company you couldn’t ask for anybody better . I will and have recommended him to a lot of people because that’s just how great he is. Usually I do not leave Google reviews for anything but I had to leave one for Mr. Rick because that is how satisfied we are and he just made our home a home again. I don’t know how to thank him enough for what he has done and going overboard just to make sure we were comfortable I just can’t stop bragging I will be home. So to sum it all up they only let us leave a five star review but if I could a left a 10 star review it would’ve been a 10 star. I would like to thank Mr. Rick once again and I strongly recommend him and his company to anybody.
